Terms and Conditions of Participation for the Advent calendar Competition

Organizer:

The contest is organized by Snackpilot. The contest is not associated with any third parties and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or organized by third parties.

Eligibility:

Eligible to participate are individuals who reside in Europe and are at least 18 years of age. Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation.

Participation Period:

The contest starts on 12.08.23 and ends on 30.11.23.

How to Participate:

Purchasing an Advent calendar during the participation period entitles you to participate in the contest. Within three Advent calendars, a golden ticket will be hidden, signifying the prize.

Prizes and Prize Distribution:

There are three prizes, and for each prize, there is one winner:

• A Fiat 500 Hybrid (to be picked up and transferred by the winner in Waldshut-Tiengen; if the winner resides abroad, they must arrange for the transfer abroad)
• A PlayStation 5
• A Nintendo Switch. A cash payout of the prizes, an exchange, or a transfer to third parties is excluded.

Winner Determination:

The winners are those who find the golden tickets in the Advent calendars. The winner must contact the organizer by 31.01.24 at the latest to claim the prize.

Winner Declaration:

In the winner’s declaration, the winner agrees to provide the operator with suitable photo/video material showing the winner with the prize. Furthermore, the winner authorizes the operator to use this material.

Data Protection:

By participating in the contest, participants agree that their personal data will be stored and processed for the purpose of conducting and processing the contest. For more details, please refer to the privacy policy at snackpilot.com

Liability Exclusion:

The organizer is not liable for damages caused by errors, delays or interruptions in transmission, malfunctions of technical equipment and services, incorrect content, loss or deletion of data, viruses, or in any other way during participation in the contest, unless such damages are intentionally or grossly negligently caused by the organizer (its organs, employees or vicarious agents).

Final Provisions:

Legal recourse is excluded. Should individual provisions of these participation conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining participation conditions remains unaffected. German law applies. Subject to changes and errors.
